摘要
采用商用镍基催化剂进行苯加氢气固催化反应实验,在消除外扩散影响的前提下,考察催化剂内扩散对反应的影响,并测定了内扩散有效因子。结果表明:在实验条件下,内扩散对反应影响较大,不能忽略。测定结果可为苯加氢气固催化反应宏观动力学和反应器设计提供基础数据。
An experiment was conducted for gas-solid catalytic reaction of benzene hydrogenation using commercial Ni-based catalysts..On the premise of eliminating the influence of external diffusion,the influence of internal diffusion on the reaction was investigated,and the internal effectiveness factor η was measured.The results showed that under experimental conditions,the influence of internal diffusion is significant and cannot be ignored.This research results can provide basic data for the macrokinetics and reactor design of gas-solid benzene hydrogenation.
