镁锂合金腐蚀行为影响因素及防护措施研究进展

摘要 镁锂合金是目前已知最轻的金属结构材料,具有良好的综合力学性能,但却因其化学活性高导致合金的耐蚀性较差,限制了其在各个领域的广泛应用。本文主要介绍了镁锂合金的电化学腐蚀机理,以及影响镁锂合金腐蚀行为的几个因素,其中包括合金元素、晶粒尺寸、腐蚀环境、腐蚀膜的成分及结构;以及几种提高镁锂合金耐蚀性的防护措施,包括塑性变形、化学转化和防护涂层。最后对镁锂合金工业化应用的发展方向作出了展望。 It has been known that Mg-Li alloys is the lightest metal structural material found which has perfect comprehensive mechanical properties.However,the poor corrosion resistance because of its high chemical activity limits its applications in many fields.The corrosion mechanism of Mg-Li alloys and several factors of influencing its corrosion behavior were introduced,including the alloying elements,grain size,the corrosive environment and the composition and structure of the corrosion film.And several kinds of processing methods for improving corrosion behavior were introduced,including deformation,chemical conversion coating and protective film.The future development direction of the industrial application of Mg-Li alloys was pot forward.
