摘要
用蒙脱土(MMT)改进丙烯酸树脂(PAC)感湿材料的性能,以进一步提高其湿敏响应特性。结果表明:在11%RH~95%RH湿度范围内,所制备的PAC@MMT复合材料的感湿响应时间为1.5 s,较PAC湿敏器件提升了3.33倍;在30%RH~95%RH湿度范围内,PAC@MMT湿敏器件的灵敏度为73.66 kΩ/%RH,显著高于PAC湿敏器件的30.66 kΩ/%RH,平均功耗为41.77μW,明显低于PAC湿敏器件的71.68μW,相关系数r=0.9941;同时,PAC@MMT湿敏器件拥有优异的热稳定性与长期稳定性。
In this paper,montmorillonite(MMT)was used to improve the performance of acrylic resin(PAC)humidity sensitive material,so as to further improve its humidity sensitive response.The results show that in the humidity range of 11%RH~95%RH,the humidity sensing response time of PAC@MMT composite is 1.5 s,which is 3.33 times higher than that of PAC.In the humidity range of 30%RH~95%RH,the sensitivity of PAC@MMT humidity sensor is 73.66 kΩ/%RH,which is significantly higher than that of PAC humidity sensor(30.66 kΩ/%RH),and the average power consumption is 41.77μW,which is significantly lower than that of PAC humidity sensor(71.68μW).The linear correlation coefficient reaches r=0.9941.At the same time,PAC@MMT humidity sensitive devices have excellent thermal stability and long-term stability.
