摘要
从房屋产生渗漏,分析了与之相关的诸多因素。提出必须抓住施工重要环节,建立和培训防水专业施工队伍,实施切实可行的施工措施,综合治理房屋渗漏。
Defects of design, material performance, construction and maintenance may be the cause of rain water leakage of buildings. To solve the problem, comprehensive measures should be taken such as setting up and training construction team of waterproof speciality. Ab(?)ve all, construction is the key for the success.
