摘要
阳痿是临床常见病、多发病,中医论治阳痿多从脏腑辨治。《素问·痿论》及《玄女经》四至理论提供了从气机论治阳痿的理论依据,张景岳在论治火盛阳痿时引据了壮火食气的概念,“壮火食气,少火生气”可以作为气机理论辨治阳痿的理论延伸。本文通过梳理文献,明确基于气机理论辨治阳痿的可行性,分析“壮火食气,少火生气”的内涵,明确两者与阳痿发病的关联,拓展壮火致痿的概念,总结依据病因结合四至理论分型论治的方法。
Impotence is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treats impotence mostly from the viscera differentiation treatment.Su Wen·Wei Lun and the theory of four-Qi reach in Xuan Nyu Jing provide the theoretical basis for treating impotence from Qi theory.Zhang Jingyue cited the concept of strong fire consuming Qi when treating fire-induced impotence."Strong fire consuming Qi and mild fire generating Qi"can be used as an extension of the Qi theory for treating impotence.Through sorting literature,the feasibility of treating impotence based on Qi theory was clarified,the connotation of"strong fire consuming Qi and mild fire generating Qi"was analyzed,and the correlation between the two and the occurrence of impotence was clarified.The concept of impotence caused by strengthening fire was expanded,and the methods of classification and treatment based on the etiology combined with the four-Qi reach theory classification were summarized.
