摘要
我国高速铁路简支梁防护墙和竖墙等桥面附属设施现行的施工方法是在梁位现浇,存在施工质量不易保证、造价高等不足。基于梁图“通桥(2023)2322A”的启用,“三墙”一体化具备了在梁场预制,随900吨级运架设备一体化运架的可行条件。本文介绍了“三墙”一体化的施工方案,并通过与现浇方案对比说明了一体化耗材节约、料源便利及施工安全等应用优势,讨论了一体化对梁场规模、架桥设备及移梁次数等施工组织设计的影响,可供高铁项目参考借鉴。
The current construction method for High-speed railway bridge deck accessories such as Protective wall and vertical walls involves cast-in-place at the beam location,which has disadvantages such as difficulty in ensuring construction quality and high costs.Based on the implementation of the beam design"Tongqiao(2023)2322A",the"Protective wall-vertical wall A-vertical wall B"integration simply enables the bridge deck accessories to be prefabricated at the beam yard and integrated with the 900-ton class transportation and installation equipment for transport and installation conditions.This paper introduces the construction scheme of"Three Walls"integration,and illustrates the advantages of saving consumables,convenient material source and simple construction by comparing with the cast-in-place scheme,and discusses the influence of integration on the construction organization design of girder yard scale,bridge erecting equipment and number of girder shifting times,which can be used as a reference for high-speed railway projects.
