摘要
在我国高速铁路建设事业蓬勃发展的过程中,采用大直径盾构隧道施工下穿江河湖海以及机场、车站等城市建筑物的情形越来越普遍。预制管片作为盾构隧道永久结构的重要组成部分,在施工组织设计中需要为盾构施工建立配套的管片预制场。本文通过对管片预制场的设计流程、设置原则、设计关键参数进行分析探讨,为类似工程设计提供了参考。
In the process of the rapid development of high-speed railway construction in our country,it is becoming more and more common to use large diameter shield tunneling under rivers,lakes,seas,airports,stations and other urban buildings.As an important part of the permanent structure of shield tunnel,it is necessary to set up a segment prefabrication yard for shield construction in the construction organization design.In this paper,the design process,setting principle and key parameters of the precast yard are analyzed and discussed,which provides a reference for similar engineering design.
