富水粉细砂地层隧道超前帷幕注浆技术研究

摘要 富水软弱泥砂岩特殊地质成岩性差,遇水呈流塑稀糊状泥浆,隧道开挖扰动后拱部、边墙变形收敛大,易发生突水、涌砂等问题。针对玉磨铁路太达村隧道施工过程中出现富水粉细砂地层以及围岩自稳能力差等问题,结合现场地质条件,本文确定采用超前帷幕注浆技术,并制定了全断面超前预注浆方案,以解决上述问题。并且,依据现场反复研究结果确定了注浆参数为:浆液扩散半径为2 m,注浆终压3~5 MPa,注浆速度10~90 L/min,注浆孔径φ90~108 mm等。形成以注浆结束后的注浆孔达到设计注浆压力、注浆量随着注浆顺序呈递减的趋势为标准的注浆评价体系。实践证明从注浆方案和工艺选择两方面考虑,安全有效的分段注浆施工工艺是前进式及钻杆后退式相结合,该结论以期为后续铁路隧道工程开挖提供技术支持。 The special geological lithology of water-rich soft mudstone sandstone is poor,and it is in the form of flowing plastic paste mud when encountering water.After the tunnel excavation disturbance,the deformation and convergence of arch and side wall are large,and water inrush and sand gushing are easy to occur.In view of the problems of water-rich fine sand stratum and poor self-stability of surrounding rock in the construction process of Taidacun Tunnel of Yumo Railway,combined with the geological conditions on site,this paper determines to adopt advanced curtain grouting technology,and formulates a full-section advanced pre-grouting scheme to solve the above problems.Moreover,according to the results of repeated research on the site,the grouting parameters are determined as follows:the slurry diffusion radius is 2m,the grouting final pressure is 3~5MPa,the grouting speed is 10~90L/min,and the grouting aperture isφ90~108mm.A grouting evaluation system based on the standard that the grouting hole after grouting reaches the designed grouting pressure and the grouting amount decreases with the grouting sequence is formed.Practice has proved that the combination of forward grouting and drill pipe backward grouting is used to carry out segmented grouting.The selection of grouting scheme and process is safe and effective,so as to provide technical support for subsequent railway tunnel excavation.
