不同柏壳生物源挥发性有机物成分的比较研究

Comparative Study on Volatile Organic Compounds in Different Cypress Cones

摘要 柏树球果具有怡人的香气,以球果壳或者种子壳为填充物的柏壳枕头具有改善睡眠的功效。为探明柏壳中的功效成分,本研究利用顶空提取及气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对柏木球果壳、侧柏球果壳及侧柏种子壳的生物源挥发性有机物(Biogenic volatile organic compounds,BVOCs)进行了提取和分析。在3种柏壳中共鉴定出33种BVOCs,萜烯类化合物含量最高,占总BVOCs的99%以上;柏木球果壳及侧柏球果壳中分别鉴定到21种及28种BVOCs,而侧柏种子壳仅鉴定到6种BVOCs。在柏木及侧柏球果壳中检测出17种共有组分:高丰度组分包括α-蒎烯、桧烯、(+)-3-蒈烯;中丰度组分包括α-侧柏烯、月桂烯、γ-松油烯、d-柠檬烯等;低丰度组份包括间伞花烃、β-石竹烯、乙酸龙脑酯、3-蒈烯。研究结果表明,侧柏球果壳和柏木球果壳中含有丰富的功效组分,为柏壳能够改善焦虑失眠提供了一定的参考价值。 Cypress cones have a pleasant aroma,and pillows filled with bract scale of Cypress cones have the effect of improving sleep.In order to determine the composition of volatile organic compounds(BVOCs),bract scale of Cupressus funebris and Platycladus orientalis,and seed coat of Platycladus orientalis were collected by random sampling in the fall when the cones were ripe.The BVOCs were analyzed by headspace sampling combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The GC was performed on a quartz capillary column with programmed temperature rise to separate the analytes.The MS was performed using an electron bombardment source in full scan mode.The total ion chromatograms were compared in the NIST 20.0standard library for similarity,retention time,and CAS number to determine the compound components,and the relative content of each component was calculated using the total ion chromatographic peak area normalization method.A total of thirty three types of BVOCs were identified in three samples,with the highest content of terpenes accounting for over 99%of the total BVOCs.Twenty one and twenty eight types of BVOCs were identified in the bract scale of Cupressus funebris and Platycladus orientalis respectively,while only six types of BVOCs were identified in the seed coat of Platycladus orientalis.A total of seventeen common components were detected in the bract scale of Cupressus funebris and Platycladus orientalis,high abundance components includeα-Pinene,sabinene,(+)-3-carene,medium abundance components includeα-cyclohexene,myrcene,γ-terpinene,d-limonene,and so on,and low abundance components include synechinoidsβ-Caryophyllene,bornyl acetate,3-carene.The research results indicate that the bract scale of Cupressus funebris and Platycladus orientalis contain rich functional components,providing a certain reference value for bract scale of cypress cones to improve anxiety and insomnia.
