摘要
乡村振兴的基础在于产业振兴,产业振兴的核心在于产业融合,而产业融合依赖于人才的支撑。在推动农村产业融合进程中,新农人作为关键力量,凭借其新技术、新方法、新理念,不断更新农业生产方式,创新销售模式,培育农业新业态,从而有力助推了农业转型升级。然而,当前农村地区存在人才短缺、技术滞后、土地资源有限、资金链断裂等问题,这不仅制约新农人发挥作用,而且影响农村产业融合的深入发展。研究者通过对主要案例的分析,探索不同类型的新农人对农村产业融合的驱动机制,阐释其促进融合的具体实践路径,并针对现存问题提出系统性发展策略。
The foundation of rural revitalization lies in industrial revitalization,and the core of industrial revitalization lies in industrial integration.Industrial integration relies on the support and leadership of talents.In the process of promoting the integration of rural industries",new farmers,"as a key force,with their mastery of new technologies,new methods,and adherence to new concepts,are constantly updating agricultural production method,innovating sales models,and developing new agricultural business forms,which strongly promotes the transformation and upgrading of agricultural modernization.However,at this stage,rural areas are facing problems such as a shortage of talents,backward technology,insufficient land supply,and a shortage of capital chains.These problems not only restrict the enabling role of new farmers but also affect the in-depth development of rural indus⁃trial integration.This article mainly analyzes the unique roles of different types of"new farmers"in promoting rural industrial integration,reveals the specific paths for various types of new farmers to promote rural industrial integration,and proposes corresponding development strategies for the problems that arise during the integration process.
