摘要
肺结核是由结核分枝杆菌肺部感染引起的传染性疾病,肺结核表现多种多样,严重影响患者生活质量和生命安全。伴随科技的发展,影像组学在肺结核的临床诊疗中得到了应用,尤其是在耐药肺结核诊断、鉴别诊断、疗效评价等方面表现出较好的性能,成为肺结核诊疗工作中更方便、快速并且非侵入性的诊断手段。本文对近年来CT影像组学在肺结核影像诊断中的应用进展作一综述。
Pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB)is an infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in the lungs.PTB manifests with diverse clinical presentations,severely impacting patients'quality of life and their life health.With advancements in medical technology,radiomics has been increasingly applied in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PTB.Radiomics has demonstrated promising performance,particularly in drug-resistant tuberculosis(DR-TB)diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and treatment efficacy evaluation,and has become a more convenient,rapid,and non-invasive diagnostic tool in the diagnosis and treatment of PTB.This article provides a comprehensive review of recent progress in the application of CT-based radiomics for the imaging diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
