摘要
本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在分析体医融合视域下运动障碍群体体育教学价值的基础上,探讨体医融合视域下高校运动障碍群体体育教学的现实困境,并提供突破路径。研究认为:体医融合视角下,高校对运动障碍群体进行体育教学的价值体现在:提升生活质量,促进身心健康发展;推动教育公平,实现全人教育目标;创新教育模式,促进学科交叉融合。然而,现实困境也不容忽视,包括教学课程内容设置刻板、教学设施配备布局单一、教学师资配置结构失衡、教学评价机制标准固化。据此,提出相应突破路径:开设以“医”为基、以“体”为本的针对性教学课程;布局以“医”为点、以“体”为面的全面性教学设施;实施以“医”为理、以“体”为疗的多向性教学手段;配备以“医”为核、以“体”为兴的复合型师资力量;健全以“医”为试、以“体”为测的综合性评价机制等层面进行优化。
This study investigates the challenges and innovative strategies for physical education(PE)pedagogy targeting university students with motor disabilities within the sports-medicine integration framework,employing literature research method and logical analysis.The study underscores the tripartite value of such integration:enhancing quality of life through biopsychosocial rehabilitation,advancing educational equity to achieve holistic education goals,and fostering interdisciplinary innovation across sports science and clinical rehabilitation.However,systemic barriers persist,including rigid curriculum design,inadequate assistive facilities,shortage of cross-disciplinary instructors,and one-size-fits-all assessment protocols.To overcome these challenges,the study proposes an evidence-based roadmap:developing sports medicine-anchored adaptive curricula;deploying smart campus ecosystems;implementing multimodal therapeutic teaching strategies;training dual-certified instructors through medical-PE joint degree programs;and instituting holistic evaluation frameworks.
