摘要
为了深入探究我国“体医养”融合研究的动态,本文基于中国知网数据库,以2014—2024年的658篇中文核心文献为研究样本,运用CiteSpace可视化分析工具进行可视化分析。研究表明:我国“体医养”融合研究的发文量呈现出缓慢增长阶段(2014—2015年)、快速增长阶段(2016—2018年)、波动阶段(2019—2021年)和稳定阶段(2022—2024年);合作网络呈现出“多中心、弱连接”的特征,整体协作深度与广度仍有待提升;研究热点主要集中在“体医融合”“医养结合”“全民健身”等核心领域,覆盖慢性病管理、健康促进、养老服务模式创新及政策支持等方向;未来研究趋势偏向于社区养老服务、“体医养”融合具体策略的研究。
To explore the evolving trends in China's research on the integration of sports, healthcare, and elderly care, this study conducts a visualization analysis using CiteSpace software based on 658 Chinese core journal articles from the CNKI database(2014-2024).Key findings include: Annual publication volumes progressed through four phases—slow growth(2014-2015),rapid expansion(2016-2018),fluctuations(2019-2021),and stabilization(2022-2024);Collaborative networks exhibited a “multi-centered yet weakly connected” pattern, indicating limited depth and breadth of academic cooperation;Research hotspots focused on “sports-healthcare integration”,“healthcare-elderly care integration”,and “national fitness programs”,spanning chronic disease management, health promotion, innovative elderly care models, and policy support;Future research priorities are expected to emphasize community-based elderly services and actionable strategies for the cross-sectoral integration.
