摘要
针对精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置设备选型问题,对比了ROD和EM折流杆的结构特点,重点介绍了EM折流杆在管束振动小、对数平均温差大、壳程压降低和抗结垢性能等方面的技术优势。综合考虑结构特点和设备造价后选择EM折流杆,并成功应用于PTA装置。
Regarding the selection of baffle rods for PTA plants,the structural characteristics of ROD and EM baffle rods were compared,with a focus on introducing the technical advantages of EM baffle rods in terms of low tube bundle vibration,large logarithmic mean temperature difference,reduced shell side pressure,and anti scaling performance.After considering the structural performance and equipment cost comprehensively,the EM baffle rod was selected and successfully applied to the PTA plant.
