咸阳高新大桥多箱室槽形钢-混组合梁设计研究

Research on the Design of Multi-Box Chamber Channel-Shaped Steel-Concrete Composite Beams for Xianyang High-Tech Bridge

摘要 在中等跨径桥梁设计中,与T梁及小箱梁相比,钢-混组合梁因造价高而缺乏竞争力。陕西省咸阳市高新大桥引桥标准联(3×50)m钢-混组合梁钢材指标仅为275 kg/m^(2),在同类钢-混组合梁设计中有一定的代表性。文章以该项目为工程背景,分别研究了恒载组合梁及活载组合梁的受力特点、预制桥面板及现浇桥面板的受力特点及中横向连系梁数量对结构荷载横向分配的影响,并总结了各方案的优缺点,为设计人员提供参考。主要结论如下:恒载组合梁能改善桥面板抗裂性能,可显著减小受压区钢梁顶板应力,但对支架刚度或吊装能力要求较高;预制桥面板对减小收缩徐变、改善桥面板抗裂性能有重要意义,但整体性偏差,且现场钢筋连接工作量大;中横向连系梁的数量对荷载横向分配作用有限,设计人员可根据需要对其进行适当优化。 In medium-span bridge design,steel-concrete composite girders often face challenges in cost competitiveness compared to T-beams and small box girders.The standard span(3×50)m of the approach bridge for Xianyang High-Tech Bridge in Shaanxi Province achieves a steel material consumption of only 275 kg/m^(2),representing a representative case in steelconcrete composite girder design.Based on this project,this study investigates the structural behavior of dead load composite girders and live load composite girders,compares the performance of prefabricated deck slabs versus cast-inplace deck slabs,and evaluates the influence of the number of lateral tie girders on lateral load distribution.Key conclusions include:dead load composite girders enhance crack resistance of deck slabs and significantly reduce stress in the top flange of steel girders in the compression zone but require higher stiffness in supports or lifting capacity;prefabricated deck slabs mitigate shrinkage creep and improve crack resistance but exhibit lower structural integrity and involve extensive on-site rebar connections;the number of lateral tie girders has limited impact on lateral load distribution,allowing designers flexibility in optimization.This research provides practical insights for engineers in balancing structural performance,cost,and construction efficiency.
