基于谱聚类的高速公路路段功能研究——以湖南省为例

摘要 为明确湖南省高速公路网各路段的功能定位,并识别其承担的交通运输功能,本文从交通运输类型和交通活动范围2个维度展开研究。基于高速公路门架数据和通行记录数据,经过数据清洗、融合和位置匹配后进行分析。采用谱聚类算法对3个特征参数进行聚类分析,并结合轮廓系数和戴维森堡丁指数,识别出2类功能路段:省内短途客运路段和省际长途货运路段。分析发现,典型的省内客运路段有长株高速、长芷高速、长张高速、平洞高速等;长途货运路段有张花高速、许广高速、泉南高速、杭瑞高速和二广高速等。此外,武深高速、沪昆高速、京港澳等高速则兼具2种路段功能。研究结果为交通管理与规划提供了数据支持,有助于制定差异化管理策略。 To clarify the functional positioning of each section of the Hunan Province highway network and identify the transportation functions they serve,this study investigates from two dimensions:transportation type and transportation activity scope.Based on highway gantry data and traffic record data,the data is analyzed after cleaning,integration,and location matching.Spectral clustering is applied to analyze three characteristic parameters,and the silhouette coefficient and Davies-Bouldin index are used to identify two types of functional road sections:intra-provincial passenger transport sections and long-distance freight transport sections.The analysis reveals that typical intra-provincial passenger transport sections include Chang-Zhu Expressway,Chang-Zhi Expressway,Chang-Zhang Expressway,Ping-Dong Expressway,etc.;long-distance freight transport sections include Zhang-Hua Expressway,Xu-Guang Expressway,Quan-Nan Expressway,Hang-Rui Expressway,and Er-Guang Expressway,etc.In addition,highways such as Wu-Shen Expressway,Hu-Kun Expressway,and Jing-Gang-Ao Expressway serve both functions.The research findings provide data support for traffic management and planning,helping to formulate differentiated management strategies.
