摘要
作为医疗信息化发展的重要产物,医疗大数据为医院绩效管理提供了新的视角和方法。文章探讨了医疗大数据的定义、特点及其在医院绩效管理中的应用,通过分析大数据在绩效计划制定、辅导与沟通、考核与评价、反馈与改进等方面的作用,提出了构建基于大数据的医院绩效管理体系的框架,旨在提高医院管理效率和医疗服务质量。
Medical big data,as an important product of the development of medical informatization,provides new perspectives and methods for hospital performance management.This article explores the definition,characteristics,and application of medical big data in hospital performance management.By analyzing the role of big data in performance planning,performance coaching and communication,performance assessment and evaluation,performance feedback and improvement,etc.,a framework for building a hospital performance management system based on big data is proposed,aiming to improve hospital management efficiency and medical service quality.
