摘要
10岁雄性约克夏犬,因腹围增大、食欲减退前来就诊。经过临床检查、血液学检查(血常规检查和血液生化检查)、影像学检查(DR检查和腹部超声检查),怀疑为脾脏肿瘤,遂进行手术探查,进行了全脾及肿瘤的切除。对肿瘤组织进行大体观察、组织病理学检查及免疫组化染色(免疫组化所用一抗有Vimentin、Desmin、Myoglobin、Ki67、CKpan、CD68、CD31、SMA及S100),确诊该肿瘤为脾脏的横纹肌肉瘤,组织学分类为胚胎型横纹肌肉瘤中的梭形细胞亚类。
A 10 years old male Yorkshire terrier was diagnosed with increased abdominal circumference and decreased appetite.After clinical examination,hematological examination(routine blood test and blood biochemistry test),and imaging examination(DR examination and abdominal ultrasonography),a splenic tumor was suspected,and surgical exploration was performed to remove the whole spleen and the tumor.Gross observation,histopathological examination and immunohistochemical staining of the tumor tissue(primary antibodies used for immunohistochemistry test were:Vimentin,Desmin,Myoglobin,Ki67,CKpan,CD68,CD31,SMA,and S100)confirmed the diagnosis of the tumor as a rhabdomyosarcoma of the spleen,which was histologically classified as the embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma spindle cell subclass.
