摘要
新质生产力立足于我国现代化发展的宏伟背景,符合社会经济的自然发展规律,是推动构建现代化经济体系和实现高质量发展的时代命题。新质生产力的提出以马克思主义有关“生产力”的经典论述为理论背景,以“中国式现代化”发展为现实依托,以“创新”为主要特点内核;丰富了马克思主义政治经济学,提高了高质量发展的实现速度,提供了高质量发展的持续性可能,提升了人民对美好生活的期待。新质生产力的实现以科技创新为主要依托,立足于宏观治理体系的完善、科技创新的发展、产业体系的构建和人才培养模式的转变,持续为我国经济社会发展提供新动能,保障了高质量发展推动中国式现代化的实现。
New-quality productive forces are rooted in the grand context of China's modernization,align with the natural laws of socioeconomic development,and represent an epochal mission to advance the construction of a modern economic system and achieve high-quality development.The proposal of new-quality productive forces draws on the theoretical foundation of Marxist classical discourse on"productive forces",is grounded in the practical realities of"Chinese-style modernization",and centers on innovation as its core characteristic.They enrich Marxist political economy,accelerate the realization of high-quality development,ensure its sustainability,and elevate public expectations for a better life.The realization of new-quality productive forces primarily relies on scientific and technological innovation,supported by improvements to the macro governance system,advancements in scientific and technological innovation,industrial system development,and reforms in talent cultivation models.These efforts continuously inject new momentum into China's economic and social progress,ensuring that high-quality development drives the realization of Chinese-style modernization.
