摘要
在石化行业中,加热炉系统的能效提升是连续重整装置节能减排的关键路径。某石化公司采用余热锅炉产蒸汽与烟气余热加热助燃空气相结合的方案对加热炉余热系统进行节能技术改造,改造后加热炉平均排烟温度从166.85℃降至91.69℃,整体加权平均热效率从90.90%提高至94.02%,经济效益增加953.75万元/年,为同类型装置及其他加热炉节能减排优化提供借鉴。
In the petrochemical industry,improving the energy efficiency of the heating furnace system is a key path for energy conservation and emission reduction in continuous reforming units.The scheme combining steam generation of the waste heat boiler with flue gas heating and combustion-supporting air was adopted to carry out energy-saving technical transformation of the waste heat system of the reheating furnace.After the transformation,the average flue gas temperature of the reheating furnace was reduced from 166.85℃to 91.69℃.The overall weighted average thermal efficiency of the heating furnace increased from 90.9%to 94.02%,and the annual economic benefit was about 9,537,500 yuan,which provide reference for the energy saving and emission reduction optimization of the same type of devices or other heating furnaces.
