固化降温过程中无喷管助推器药柱结构完整性分析

摘要 为准确评估固化降温过程中固体火箭冲压发动机无喷管助推器药柱的结构完整性水平,利用有限元软件计算分析了某固体火箭冲压发动机无喷管助推器药柱在温度线性降低的均匀温度场与考虑无喷管助推器与环境的对流换热的非均匀温度场下的结构完整性,并将有限元计算结果与试验CT测量结果进行对比验证。结果表明,药柱在均匀温度场下安全系数为2.88,在不均匀温度场下安全系数为2.53,最危险位置皆位于低燃速药柱上。非均匀温度场下仿真计算结果更贴近试验测量结果,对无喷管助推器药柱进行完整性分析时考虑温度场的不均匀性十分必要。 In order to accurately evaluate the structural integrity level of the solid rocket ramjet nozzleless booster propellant grain during curing and cooling,the structural integrity of the nozzleless booster propellant grain of a solid rocket ramjet engine under uniform temperature field with linear temperature reduction and non-uniform temperature field considering convective heat transfer between nozzleless booster and environment is calculated by using finite element software,and the results of finite element calculation are compared with the measured results of CT.The results show that the safety coefficient of the grain is 2.88 under uniform temperature field and 2.53 under non-uniform temperature field,and the most dangerous positions are located on the low burning rate grain.The simulation results in non-uniform temperature field are closer to the experiment results.It is necessary to consider the non-uniform temperature field in the integrity analysis of nozzleless booster grain.
