摘要
选取2009—2022年我国30个省级面板数据,运用基准回归模型、中介效应模型、空间面板计量模型,多维度实证检验知识产权保护、关键核心技术创新与新质生产力三者间关系。研究发现,知识产权保护能够有效推动新质生产力发展,且这一结论经过内生性处理、调整研究样本、更换变量衡量方式等处理后依然成立。异质性结果显示,知识产权保护对东部地区、市场化程度高地区新质生产力的影响更为显著。传导机制检验结果表明,知识产权保护能够有效推动关键核心技术创新,进而赋能新质生产力发展。空间溢出效应检验结果显示,知识产权保护不仅能够直接影响本地区新质生产力发展,还可通过空间外溢效应作用于毗邻地区新质生产力发展。研究结论能够为强化知识产权保护、促进新质生产力发展提供经验借鉴。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces,municipality directly under the central government and autonomous regions from 2009 to 2022,this paper uses benchmark regression model,intermediary effect model and spatial panel econometric model to empirically test the relationship among intellectual property protection,key core technology innovation and new quality productivity in multiple dimensions.It is found that intellectual property protection can effectively promote the development of new quality productivity,and this conclusion is still valid after endogenous treatment,adjustment of research samples,and change of variable measurement methods.Heterogeneity results showed that intellectual property protection had a more significant impact on new quality productivity in the eastern region and regions with high marketization degree.The results of the transmission mechanism test confirm that intellectual property protection can effectively promote the innovation of key core technologies,and then enable the development of new quality productivity.The results of spatial spillover effect test show that intellectual property protection can not only directly affect the development of new quality productivity in the local area,but also affect the development of new quality productivity in neighboring areas through spatial spillover effect.The research conclusion can provide experience and reference for strengthening intellectual property protection and promoting the development of new quality productivity.
