摘要
通过构建高水平对外开放、新质生产力评价指标体系,选取2015—2023年我国30个省级面板数据,采用熵值法测算高水平对外开放与新质生产力水平。通过耦合度模型、耦合协调度模型对高水平对外开放与新质生产力耦合协调发展水平进行分析,使用核密度估计法探析高水平对外开放与新质生产力综合水平耦合协调发展的分布动态。研究结果表明,中国高水平对外开放与新质生产力的耦合协调发展水平不断攀升,尽管区域间存在差距,但总体上各省份在高水平对外开放与新质生产力的融合方面获得积极进展。三大地区高水平对外开放与新质生产力耦合协调发展呈现出不同程度的梯度效应与极化特征。
This article constructs an evaluation index system for high-level opening up and new quality productivity,selects panel data from 30 provinces from 2015 to 2023,and uses the entropy method to calculate the level of high-level opening up and new quality productivity.Based on this,the coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model are used to analyze the level of coupling and coordinated development between high-level opening up and new quality productivity,and the kernel density estimation method is used to explore the distribution dynamics of coupling and coordinated development between high-level opening up and comprehensive level of new quality productivity.The research results indicate that the level of coupling and coordinated development between China's high-level opening up to the outside world and new quality productivity continues to rise.Although there are regional differences,overall,provinces have made positive progress in the integration of high-level opening up to the outside world and new quality productivity.The coupling and coordinated development of high-level opening up and new quality productivity in the three major regions presents varying degrees of gradient effects and polarization characteristics.
