摘要
防治校园欺凌是提供优质教育的重要前提,需要学校提供更为积极、常态与专业的应对策略。从国际经验来看,基于学校生态的特点开展校本项目可以取得较为明显的效果。从知识学习、多方合作、预防举措和处理方式四个方面来看,OBPP、KiVa和ViSC等反校园欺凌项目在减少欺凌事件发生、增进学生亲社会行为方面产生了较好的治理效果。从国际经验与本土学校生态来看,预防欺凌的学校治理体系可以进行自下而上的构建:开发课程以丰富学生的社会知识,设计活动以增强学生的交往能力,完善学校管理与教师培训以引导学生的正确行为,推动家校合作以提供维护个体尊严的一致化环境。
Preventing and controlling school bullying is an important prerequisite for realizing high-quality education,which needs school to more positively provide normal and professional coping strategies.From the international experience,school-based projects in accordance with the characteristics of school ecology can achieve more obvious results.From the four aspects of knowledge learning,multi-party cooperation,prevention measures and coping methods,anti-bullying programs such as OBPP,KiVa and ViSC have produced better governance effects in reducing the occurrence of bullying incidents and promoting students’pro-social behaviors.From the perspective of international experience and local school ecology,a bottom-up school governance system for preventing bullying can be constructed:developing curriculum to enrich students’social knowledge,designing activities to enhance students’communication skills,improving school management and teacher training to guide students’correct behavior,and promoting home-school cooperation to offer a consistent environment for safeguarding individual dignity.
