闪蒸罐失效分析与改进建议

Failure Analysis and Improvement Recommendations for Flash Tank

摘要 定期检验发现纯碱系统二级闪蒸罐接管与筒体连接部位出现明显蚀坑。通过分析闪蒸罐失效原因及其内部流场,发现冷凝水切向进入闪蒸罐时,在接管与筒体连接部位流速过快。高速流动的气液两相流体对金属表面产生冲蚀和气蚀在壁面形成冲蚀坑。建议增大冷凝水进口尺寸,改变冷凝水进口方向,增设防冲板,以降低闪蒸罐使用中的安全隐患。 Regular inspections revealed that there were obvious pits on the joint between the pipe and the cylinder of the secondary flash tank in the caustic soda system.Through an analysis of the failure causes and internal flow field of the flash tank,it was found that when condensate water entered the flash tank tangentially,the flow speed at the joint between the pipe and the cylinder was too fast.The high-speed flow of the two-phase fluid of gas and liquid on the metal surface caused erosion and cavitation,forming erosion pits on the wall.It is suggested that the size of the condensate inlet be increased,the direction of condensate inlet be changed,and anti-impact plates be installed to reduce the safety hazards in the use of the flash tank.
