摘要
特种设备安全监察工作是一项政策性、技术性和专业性结合度很高的工作。本文从Z市特种设备安全监察员队伍的现状以及存在的问题出发,分析了当前特种设备安全监察员表现出的“不想干”“不能干”和“不会干”的原因,并针对问题的原因提出了对策及建议,为相关单位开展特种设备专业化监管队伍建设,提升特种设备安全监察员监察能力提供参考。
Special equipment safety supervision is a work integrating policy,technology and professionalism.Based on the current situation and existing problems of the special equipment safety supervisors of Z city,this paper analyzes the reasons why the current special equipment safety supervisors shows“do not want to do”,“can not do”and“will not do”,and puts forward measures and suggestions for the causes of the problems,so as to provide reference for relevant units to carry out the construction of special equipment professional supervision team and improve the supervision ability of special equipment safety supervisors.
