摘要
储氢气瓶是氢燃料电池汽车供氢系统的一个关键部件,塑料内胆碳纤维全缠绕复合气瓶具有重量轻、抗疲劳性能好、质量储氢密度高等优点,是当前车载储氢领域的研究热点。在35~70 MPa的高压氢环境中,塑料内胆和氢气的相容性是需要考虑的关键因素。目前,国际标准化组织、加拿大(美国)和国内已制定了相关标准,本文系统比较了ISO11114-5:2022、CSA/ANSICHMC2:19以及GB/T42610—2023标准,为国家标准的发展完善提供参考。
The hydrogen storage cylinder is a key component of the hydrogen supply system for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.Fully-wrapped carbon fiber hydrogen storage reinforced cylinder with a plastic inner has the advantages of light weight,good fatigue resistance,and high mass hydrogen storage density,and it is a research hotspot in the field of on-board hydrogen storage.The hydrogen compatibility of plastic inner liner is a key factor in high-pressure hydrogen environments ranging from 35 to 70 MPa.At present,the International Organization for Standardization(ISO),as well as Canada,the United States and China,have developed relevant standards.This article systematically compares the ISO 11114-5:2022,CSA/ANSI CHMC 2:19,and GB/T 42610—2023 standard,providing reference for the development and improvement of national standards.
