摘要
城市更新和文旅融合背景下,旅游休闲街区作为外来游客和本地居民休闲体验的新空间,在实践中获得了较多关注。然而,学术界对旅游休闲街区的研究还不够深入,理论研究的成果尚不能回应旅游休闲街区建设过程中出现的问题。基于此,文章在对理论和实践中街区概念进行辨析的基础上,依托场景理论,从社区、基础设施、人群、活动和文化价值观等五个要素深入分析旅游休闲街区的建设原则、建设现状和优化路径,按照“应然—实然—使然”的逻辑框架,构建旅游休闲街区的建设体系。研究成果可进一步弥合理论研究与实践研究的鸿沟,为实践中旅游休闲街区建设提供理论指引和参考。
Under the background of urban renewal and culture and tourism integration,tourism leisure street blocks,as a new space for tourists and local residents to experience leisure,have gained a lot of attention in practice.However,the academic research on tourism leisure street blocks is not deep enough,and the theoretical research results can not respond to the problems in the developing process of tourism leisure street blocks.On the basis of discriminating the concept of blocks in theory and practice,and relying on scene theory,this paper deeply analyzes the developing principle,developing status and optimization path of tourism leisure street blocks from the five elements of"neighborhood,physical structures,persons,activities and cultural values",and constructs the developing system of tourism leisure street blocks according to the logical framework of"ought to be-be-make it to be".The results can further bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical research,and provide theoretical guidance for the development of tourism leisure street blocks.
