BVR型电线铜导体发黑现象原因分析及预防改善

摘要 BVR型电线铜导体发黑现象不仅降低了产品使用性能,也影响了企业声誉。通过激光拉曼光谱仪和酸/碱溶液测得BVR型电线铜导体发黑物质成分为CuO。经分析发现铜导体发黑现象是铜材料自身原因与BVR型电线生产、运输、储存、敷设、使用等环节中控制疏漏相结合的结果。针对性地提出拉丝工艺有效控制、绞合导体转运防护加强、挤塑绝缘线芯端头处理、聚氯乙烯(PVC)绝缘料抗氧化能力改进、电线存储和使用过程加强防护等预防改善措施。最终有效改善了BVR型电线铜导体氧化发黑现象,提高产品内在质量和使用寿命,降低企业售后服务成本。 The blackening phenomenon of copper conductors in BVR type wire not only reduces the product's performance,but also affects the company's reputation.The composition of the blackening substance in BVR type wire copper conductor is determined to be CuO by laser Raman spectrometer and acid/base solution.After analysis,it is found that the blackening phenomenon of copper conductors is the result of a combination of the copper material's own reasons and control omissions in the production,transportation,storage,laying,and use of BVR type wires.The targeted preventive and improvement measures are proposed,including effective control of wire drawing process,enhanced protection for stranded conductor transportation,treatment of extruded insulation wire core ends,improvement of PVC insulation material's antioxidant capacity,and strengthened protection during wire storage and use.Ultimately,it effectively improved the oxidation and blackening phenomenon of copper conductor in BVR type wire,enhanced the intrinsic quality and service life of the product,and reduced the after-sales service costs of the enterprise.
