摘要
党的二十届三中全会对党的自我革命提出了新的要求。自我革命作为马克思主义政党本质属性的体现,是马克思主义政党区别于其他政党的显著标志,源于中国共产党没有任何自己的特殊利益,旨在更好地实现维护发展最广大人民的根本利益,“自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高”的核心内涵蕴含着深刻的人民性意蕴。具体而言,自我净化标明党自我革命人民性的为民尽责的使命担当;自我完善诠释党自我革命人民性的为民执政的执政理念;自我革新彰显党自我革命人民性的为民造福的价值导向;自我提高确证党自我革命人民性的为民服务的本领能力。
The third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee introduced new requirements for the party’s self-reform,a defining characteristic that distinguishes Marxist parties from others.As an essential attribute of Marxist parties,self-reform reflects the CPC’s commitment to serving the people rather than pursuing its own interest.It is driven by the goal of better realizing,safeguarding and developing the fundamental interests of the people.The core principles of“self-purification,self-improvement,self-renewal,and self-enhancement”embody a profound and people-centered approach.Specifically,self-purification reflects the Party’s commitment to self-reform,ensuring it fulfills its responsibilities for the people.Self-improvement embodies the Party’s governance philosophy,emphasizing its dedication to governing for the people.Self-renewal underscores the value-driven nature of self-reform,prioritizing the pursuit of the people’s well-being.Self-enhancement reaffirms the Party’s capacity for self-reform,strengthening its ability to serve the people.
