摘要
南海某浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO)承担着来自5个平台所输送的原油处理、储存和外输职责。高压分离器是原油处理系统的核心,其分离效果的好坏直接决定原油和生产水处理是否合格。高压分离器内部空间越大,液体停留时间越长,油气水分离效果越好。使用84℃左右的生产水取代海水给高压分离器冲砂后,有效降低了分离器内部的积砂量,简化了冲砂程序,而且不再需要利用停产大修时间单独清理分离器内部的积砂。
A FPSO in the South China Sea is used for the processing,storage and export of crude oil transported from five platforms.The high-pressure separator is the core of the crude oil processing system,and its separation efficiency directly determines whether the treatment of crude oil and production water is qualified.The larger the internal space of the high-pressure separator is,the longer the liquid residence time is,the better the oil-gas-water separation effect is.After replacing seawater with production water at around 84℃ for sand washing in the high-pressure separator,the sand accumulation inside the separator is effectively reduced,the sand washing procedure is simplified,and there is no longer need to use the shutdown overhaul time to clean the sand accumulation inside the separator separately.
