摘要
目的 探讨集束化护理对重症妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)患者在产科ICU(OICU)转出过渡期的影响。方法 选取本院2022年5月—2023年6月产科重症病房转出的HDP患者60例,按护理方法的不同分组研究,其中,对照组(30例)应用常规护理,观察组(30例)应用集束化护理。比较两组别患者的不良结局发生率、重症病房重返率、转出后护理疗效及护理不良事件发生率。结果 观察组不良结局发生率、重症病房重返率、护理不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组转出后护理疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 集束化模式护理可有效提高重症HDP患者在OICU转出过渡期的护理疗效,提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing bundle on the transition period of obstetric ICU (OICU) in patients with severe gestational hypertensive disorder (HDP).Methods A total of 60 HDP patients transferred from the obstetric intensive care unit of our hospital from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected and studied in groups according to the implementation of the nursing bundle mode or routine nursing,with 30 cases in the control group applying routine nursing and 30 cases in the observation group applying cluster nursing.The incidence of adverse outcomes,the rate of return to intensive care units,the nursing efficacy after transfer,and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse outcomes,the return rate of intensive care unit,and the incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Bundle nursing can effectively improve the nursing efficacy and quality of nursing in patients with severe HDP during the transition period of OICU transfer.
