摘要
目的 探讨焦点循环管理法(FOCUS-PDCA)管理模式在结肠镜肠道准备中的应用效果。方法 将2023年4—6月在本院进行肠镜检查的患者纳入对照组;将2023年7—9月在本院进行肠镜检查的患者纳入实验组。实验组采用FOCUS-PDCA循环管理程序进行肠道准备,对照组采用常规的肠道准备模式;比较两组患者的镜下肠道准备合格率和息肉检出率,确认FOCUS-PDCA的实施效果。结果 观察组肠道准备合格率、息肉检出率、患者满意度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用FOCUS-PDCA循环管理流程,提高了结肠镜检查患者的肠道准备质量,提高了肠道准备合格率和息肉检出率,改善了肠道清洁度,提高了患者和医护人员满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Explore the application of the FOCUS-PDCA management model to optimize the bowel preparation process and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of endoscopic examinations.Methods The quality of bowel preparation of patients who underwent colonoscopy from April to June 2023 was used as the control group,and conventional bowel preparation was used;patients who underwent colonoscopy from July to September 2023 were selected as the experimental group.FOCUS-PDCA cycle administration procedure for bowel preparation.The pass rate of microscopic bowel preparation and the polyp detection rate of the two groups of patients were compared to confirm the implementation effect of FOCUS-PDCA.Results The bowel preparation qualification rate,polyp detection rate,patient satisfaction in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the FOCUS-PDCA cycle management process has improved the quality of bowel preparation for patients undergoing colonoscopy,increased the bowel preparation qualification rate and polyp detection rate,enhanced bowel cleanliness,and improved patient and physician satisfaction,making it worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
