功率自行车运动与超声波疗法联合应用对胫骨平台骨折术后康复的影响

The Effect of Combined Application of Power Cycling Exercise and Ultrasound Therapy on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Tibial Plateau Fractures

摘要 为了评估功率自行车运动结合超声波治疗对胫骨平台骨折术后康复的影响,本研究从临床康复角度出发,对2023年6月—2024年1月在本院治疗的20例患者进行了随机对照试验。分析发现,与对照组仅接受常规理疗和康复训练相比,实验组在接受功率自行车运动和超声波治疗后,其疼痛程度(VAS评分)、膝关节屈曲度和HSS膝关节功能评分均有显著改善。研究指出,这种联合治疗方法能有效减轻术后疼痛,提高膝关节功能,加速康复进程,改善患者生活质量。因此,本研究提出在临床实践中推广超声波治疗和功率自行车运动相结合的康复治疗方案,以提高胫骨平台骨折术后患者的康复效果。未来研究需进一步探讨不同治疗参数和运动强度的最佳组合,并制定更标准化的治疗方案。 To evaluate the impact of ultrasonic therapy combined with power bicycle exercise on the rehabilitation after tibial plateau fracture,this study conducted a randomized controlled trial on 20 patients from a clinical rehabilitation perspective,based on the theory of rehabilitation medicine.The analysis found that compared with the control group,which only received conventional physical therapy and rehabilitation training,the experimental group showed significant improvements in pain levels(VAS scores),knee flexion angle,and HSS knee function scores after receiving ultrasonic therapy and power bicycle exercise.The study points out that this combined treatment method can effectively reduce postoperative pain,improve knee joint function,accelerate the rehabilitation process,and enhance the quality of life for patients.Therefore,it is suggested that the clinical practice should promote the combined rehabilitation treatment plan of ultrasonic therapy and power bicycle exercise to improve the rehabilitation effects for patients after tibial plateau fracture.Future research should further explore the optimal combination of different treatment parameters and exercise intensities,as well as develop more standardized treatment plans.
