摘要
目的 观察“互联网+母婴延续护理”在产后上门指导中的应用效果。方法 将2022年1月—2024年7月广州市第一人民医院收治的95例产妇基于双盲随机法分为对照组(47例,门诊延续护理)与实验组(48例,“互联网+母婴延续护理”),比较两组产妇的护理干预效果。结果 实验组产妇护理后SAS量表评分、SDS量表评分及混合喂养率、人工喂养率、产后康复临床指标、产后并发症发生率(4.17%)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组母乳喂养率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相较于门诊延续护理,采用“互联网+母婴延续护理”可有效缓解产妇不良情绪,提升母乳喂养率,减少产妇产后并发症,有助于产妇的恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of internet plus's continuing nursing care for mother and baby in postpartum home guidance.Methods From January 2022 to July 2024,95 parturients in the First People's Hospital of Guangzhou were randomly divided into the control group(47 cases:outpatient continuous nursing)and the experimental group(48 cases:internet plus maternal and child continuous nursing)based on double-blind method,and the effects of maternal nursing intervention in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS scale and SDS scale,mixed feeding rate,artificial feeding rate,clinical indexes of postpartum rehabilitation and incidence of postpartum complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The breast-feeding rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with outpatient continuous nursing care,internet plus's continuous nursing care for mothers after delivery can effectively improve their psychological mood,increase breastfeeding rate,reduce the incidence of postpartum complications,and be beneficial to the recovery of mothers after delivery.
