摘要
目的 探讨中医推拿应用于儿童亚健康保健中的实践效果。方法 选择2020年1月—2024年1月本院收治的儿童亚健康人群中进行儿童保健的病例90例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与实验组,每组45例。其中,对照组进行常规的儿童保健,实验组在对照组基础上进行中医推拿治疗,对比两组管理效果。结果 实验组家属对儿童保健专业性、指导建议可行性、学习掌握度以及亚健康状态改善等评分均值均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组营养不良与感冒发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05);实验组亚健康症状改善的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医推拿在儿童亚健康保健中应用对于促进儿童生长发育具有重要作用,可有效改善儿童亚健康状态,推广价值高。
Objective To explore the practical effects of Chinese medicine ladies applied to children's sub-health care.Methods Select 90 cases of children's health care from the children and sub-healthy people who were treated from January 2020 to January 2024 as research objects,and randomly divided them in the control group and the experimental group.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group conducted TCM massage treatment,compared the management effects of the two groups.Results The families of the experimental group have the average scores such as the professionalism of children's health care,guiding suggestions,learning grasp,and improvement of sub-health status than the control group,and P<0.05;Low,and P<0.05;the total effective rate of improvement of sub-healthy symptoms in the experimental group is 97.78%,the control group is 84.44%,and P<0.05.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in children's sub-health care plays an important role in promoting children's growth and development,effectively improving children's sub-health,and high promotion value.
