摘要
目的 针对颈椎病患者(神经根型),应用中医推拿与旋提推顶法相结合的治疗方案,观察其临床效果。方法 筛取2023年1月—2024年1月本院收治的100例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,利用随机数字法将其分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。观察组实行常规对症治疗+中医推拿结合旋提推顶法治疗,对照组(n=50)仅给予常规对症治疗;选定3项观察指标(临床疗效、功能状态、疼痛程度)对比不同治疗方案的临床效果。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将中医推拿与旋提推顶法相结合的治疗方案应用于神经根型颈椎病中,可改善患者的颈椎功能,减轻疼痛程度,获得显著疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with rotary lifting and pushing method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis(nerve root type).Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital was selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number method.The observation group(n=50)was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment+traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with rotary lifting and pushing method.The control group(n=50)was only given conventional symptomatic treatment.Three observation indexes were selected:clinical efficacy,functional status and pain degree.The clinical practice effect of different treatment schemes was compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the neck disabilitv index(NDI)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine massage and rotary lifting and pushing top method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type can improve the cervical spine function of patients,reduce the degree of pain,and have a significant effect.
