摘要
目的 探讨中医特色疗法在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺康复中的应用效果。方法 将2023年1月—2024年6月本院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的COPD患者92例作为研究对象,采用随机对照法将其分为两组,每组46例。对照组实施常规慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理干预,观察组则在此基础上实施中医特色疗法;评价和比较两组干预前后的中医证候积分;采用圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)和改良呼吸困难指数(mMRC)比较两组干预前后的生活质量和呼吸困难情况。结果 干预前,两组的中医证候积分及SGRQ、mMRC评分相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SGRQ、mMRC评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施中医特色疗法,可有效改善患者症状,缓解其呼吸困难症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective Purpose To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy in pulmonary rehabilitation of COPD.Methods 92 patients with COPD admitted to the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department of our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups of 46 patients each.The control group received conventional care for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,while the observation group received additional Chinese medicine therapy.The study evaluated and compared the changes in TCM syndrome scores,quality of life,and dyspnea before and after intervention in the two groups.Results The scores of TCM syndrome indicators and SGRQ,mMRC before intervention in both groups were similar and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of TCM syndrome indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);in comparison of SGRQ and mMRC,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve symptoms,relieve dyspnea,and improve the quality of life of patients.
