摘要
Dear Editor,The primary motor cortex, also known as MOp in rodents,F1,or M1 in primates[1],plays a crucial role in autonomous motor control. It is interconnected with other motor control structures such as the basal ganglia, thalamus, and brainstem.Among these connections, the corticostriatal system plays a significant role in functions including action selection, motor control, sequence learning, and habit formation[2].
