摘要
档案记忆工程作为档案遗产保护、社会记忆传承及多元文化传播的关键载体,是“十五五”档案事业规划不可忽视的内容。文章阐述档案记忆的工程化和建构性特征,指出二者体现工程“广大”与“精微”内涵。“十四五”期间,我国档案记忆工程有序推进,已形成规模宏大的档案记忆资源体系,但在资源深度开发、记忆建构逻辑和文化价值挖掘等方面仍存在不足,呈现“广大差可,精微不足”的局面。据此,文章提出“十五五”期间档案记忆工程建设应坚持体系构建与资源活化同步、宏大叙事与个体书写平衡、照见万物与深入人心兼顾、主体建设与多元共治并举,以“致广大而尽精微”为导向推进高质量发展。
As a key carrier for archival heritage preservation,social memory transmission,and multicultural dissemination,the archival memory project constitutes an indispensable component of the"15th Five-Year Plan"for archival development.This article elaborates on the engineering-oriented and constructive characteristics of archival memory,noting that these reflect the dual connotations of"breadth"and"refinement"inherent to such projects.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,China’s archival memory projects have advanced systematically,establishing a large-scale archival memory resource system.However,challenges persist in areas such as in-depth resource development,the logic of memory development,and the exploration of cultural value,resulting in a situation of"adequate breadth but insufficient refinement".Accordingly,the article proposes that during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,archival memory project development should adhere to the following principles:synchronizing system development with resource activation,balancing grand narratives with individual narratives,integrating comprehensive coverage with profound impact,and advancing entity development alongside multi-stakeholder governance.Guided by the principle of"achieving breadth and refinement",these efforts will drive high-quality development.
