摘要
对全国805家乡村创业企业展开调研,采用全球创业观察模型,分析了乡村创业生态系统的现状.研究结果表明,乡村创业企业总体经营状况良好,且发展态势向好,但整体规模不大、发展水平不高;乡村创业环境整体较好,但研发转移、商业与法律基础设施等方面的支持举措亟待进一步加强.建议采取全面优化乡村创业资源配置、深入推进产学研融合、健全优化中介服务机构、积极推进乡村地区学风建设和提高优质主体的辐射带动能力等措施,助推乡村创业生态系统高质量发展.
This paper conducted a survey on 805 rural entrepreneurial enterprises in China and analyzed the status quo of rural entrepreneurial ecosystem by adopting the global entrepreneurship monitor(GEM)model.The results show that:the overall operation and development trend of rural entrepreneurial enterprises are good,but the overall scale is not large,the level of development is not high.The rural entrepreneurial environment is generally good,but the support measures in the aspects of R&D transfer,commercial and legal infrastructure need to be further optimized.It is suggested that measures must be taken,such as comprehensively optimizing the allocation of rural entrepreneurial resources,further promoting the integration of industry,university and research,optimizing intermediary service institutions,actively promoting learning atmosphere in rural areas and improving the driving ability of high-quality subjects,so as to promote the high-quality development of rural entrepreneurial ecosystem.
