摘要
为了提高聚氨酯水泥防水涂料的耐候性,在优化聚氨酯水泥防水涂料配方基础上引入TiO_(2)作为功能性添加剂,研制了新型的高耐候聚氨酯/TiO_(2)-水泥复合防水涂料,探究了TiO_(2)添加量对涂层耐候性和吸水率等的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜对聚氨酯/TiO_(2)-水泥复合防水涂层微观形貌进行表征,并系统测试了涂层经过紫外线、碱溶液、高温处理前后的拉伸性能以及涂层的低温柔性、不透水性、吸水率等。结果表明:聚氨酯/TiO_(2)-水泥复合防水涂料各项性能满足GB/T23445-2009要求,当TiO_(2)质量分数为0.4%时,聚氨酯/TiO_(2)-水泥复合防水涂料表现出最佳的耐紫外老化性,拉伸强度保持率达117.7%,断裂伸长率保持率为76.2%,同时还展现出良好的耐碱老化性、耐热老化性、低温柔性、不透水性以及低吸水率。制备的聚氨酯/TiO_(2)-水泥复合防水涂料相较聚氨酯水泥防水涂料,耐候性提升,在户外防水领域具有潜在的应用前景。
On the basis of optimized formulation of polyurethane cement waterproof coating,TiO_(2) was added to develop a new type of high weather resistance polyurethane/TiO_(2)-cement composite waterproof coatings.The coating surface morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope,the water absorption rate was tested and tensile strength before and after treatment of UV,alkali solution,and high-temperature were measured.The results showed that the properties of the composite waterproof coatings met the requirements of the GB/T 23445—2009 standard.When the mass fraction of TiO_(2) was 0.4%,the composite waterproof coating exhibited the best UV aging resistance(tensile strength retention rate of 117.7%and the elongation retention rate at the break of 76.2%),good alkali aging resistance and heat aging resistance,and lower water absorbing rate.
