摘要
总结应用多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)模式对1例剖宫产术后伴脑出血患者的护理经验。护理要点包括一般护理、产褥期护理、伤口护理、心理护理、康复指导、并发症的预防、饮食护理、用药护理、出院指导。经过多学科团队的精心治疗和护理,患者康复出院。出院后3个月随访,患者状况良好。
The application of the multi-disciplinary team(MDT)model in the nursing care of a patient with cerebral hemorrhage after cesarean section encompassed several critical components:general care,postpartum care,wound care,psychological nursing,rehabilitation guidance,prevention of complications,diet care,medication nursing,and discharge guidance.Through the coordinated efforts of the MDT,the patient achieved a successful recovery and was discharged.A follow-up assessment three months post-discharge confirmed that her condition remained stable and satisfactory.
