岸桥箱型梁装配过程中的力学分析与优化

摘要 本文主要探究岸边集装箱起重机(简称岸桥)箱型梁装配过程中的结构力学,提出装配尺寸参数优化方式,助力于提高箱型梁装配质量。研究过程中,简要阐述了岸桥箱型梁装配流程,对箱型梁结构静力特性、模态及稳定性进行分析,立足优化设计数学模型,确定优化设计变量、状态变量及目标函数,并采取实例对其进行验证,有效降低岸桥箱型梁14%体积的同时,满足箱型梁刚度、强度要求,以期为相关工作者提供参考。 This paper mainly explores the structural mechanics of quay bridge box beam assembly process,and puts forward the optimization method of assembly dimension parameters to help improve the assembly quality of box beam.In the research process,the assembly process of quay bridge box beam is briefly described,the static characteristics,modes and stability of the box beam structure are analyzed,the optimization design variables,state variables and objective functions are determined based on the optimization design mathematical model,and the examples are taken to verify them,which effectively reduces the volume of the quay bridge box beam by 14%and meets the stiffness and strength requirements of the box beam,in order to provide reference for related workers.
