摘要
目的探讨脑卒中气管切开患者开展精准气道护理干预的效果,以寻求脑卒中气管切开患者有效的护理方法。方法选取2022年11月—2023年9月收治的脑卒中气管切开患者88例为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将患者分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理干预基础上实施精准气道护理干预。比较两组患者发热症状改善时间、肺部啰音改善时间以及肺部影像学病灶吸收时间,护理后1、2周肺部感染量表评分以及护理满意率。结果观察组发热症状改善时间、肺部啰音改善时间以及肺部影像学病灶吸收时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后1、2周肺部感染量表评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.0615,P=0.0439)。结论脑卒中气管切开患者开展精准气道护理干预的效果较好,患者干预后症状消失快,可较好预防肺部感染,提升患者护理满意率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of precision airway nursing intervention for stroke patients undergoing tracheotomy,in order to seek effective nursing methods for stroke patients undergoing tracheotomy.Methods A total of 88 stroke patients who underwent tracheotomy from November 2022 to September 2023 were selected as study objects,according to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group patients received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group patients received precision airway nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing interventions.The improvement time of fever symptoms,the improvement time of pulmonary rales,absorption time of pulmonary imaging lesions,the pulmonary infection scale scores at 1 and 2 weeks after nursing and nursing satisfaction rates between two groups of patients were compared.Results The improvement time of fever symptoms,the improvement time of pulmonary rales and absorption time of pulmonary imaging lesions in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pulmonary infection scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than that in the control group with 81.82%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.0615,P=0.0439).Conclusion The effect of precision airway nursing intervention on stroke patients undergoing tracheotomy was good,with symptoms disappearing quickly after intervention,which could effectively prevent pulmonary infections and improve patients'satisfaction rate with nursing.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
