摘要
《爱国主义教育法》的颁布为档案馆爱国主义教育功能的发挥和实现提供了法律依据和指导。文章通过分析《爱国主义教育法》的具体内容,认为新时代档案馆爱国主义教育功能发挥及实现应该坚持思想政治引领、内容合乎法律规范、厚植中华优秀文化的总体要求,通过完善法规制度、明确主体责任,借助内外力量、拓宽开发形式,保障受众权利、增加获取渠道三个方面纾解档案馆爱国主义教育功能发挥及实现面临的实然困境。
The promulgation of Patriotic Education Law provides a legal basis and guidance for the exertion and realization of the patriotic education function of archives.By analyzing the specific content of Patriotic Education Law,it is believed that the patriotic education function of archives in the new era should be guided by ideology and politics,the contents should be in line with the law and the overall requirements of cultivating excellent Chinese culture.The actual difficulties in playing and realizing the patriotic education function of archives should be relieved by perfecting the laws and regulations and making clear the responsibility of the main body,broadening the form of development with the help of internal and external forces,and protecting the rights of the audience and increasing the channels of access.
