某选厂高浓度铁尾矿沉积特性试验

Experiment on the Sedimentation Characteristics of High-concentration Iron Tailings in a Concentrator

摘要 为了实现高浓度尾矿输送及为高浓度尾矿筑坝可行性提供参考,针对某选厂高浓度铁尾矿的自然沉积特性,进行了高浓度尾矿放矿流槽试验,通过采集模型槽及尾矿坝冲积滩的原位试样,采用土力学和沉积学理论进行了测试。试验结果表明:高浓度尾矿放矿冲积坡度在50m之间较陡,平均坡度2.7%,大于0.075mm的粒径含量相比低浓度放矿时明显减少;现尾矿坝冲积滩100m内大于0.075mm的粒径含量55%~90%,高浓度放矿试验冲积滩100m内大于0.075mm的粒径含量减少了30%~90%。 In order to realize the transportation of high concentration tailings and provide reference for the feasibility of high concentration tailings dam construction,according to the natural deposition characteristics of high concentration iron tailings in a concentrator,the ore drawing flume test of high concentration tailings is carried out.By collecting the in-situ samples of model tank and alluvial beach of tailings dam,the soil mechanics and sedimentology theory are tested.The results show that the alluvial slope of high concentration tailings is steep before 50 m,with an average slope of 2.7%,and the particle size content bigger than 0.075 mm is significantly reduced compared with that of low concentration ore drawing.The particle size content of bigger than 0.075 mm within 100 m of the current tailings dam alluvial beach is 55%~90%,and the particle size content of bigger than 0.075 mm within 100 m of the high concentration ore drawing test alluvial beach is reduced by 30%~90%.
