基于爆破漏斗试验的米拉多露天铜矿爆破参数优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决厄瓜多尔米拉多铜矿上部采区石英砂岩区域爆破效果不佳问题,改善矿山爆破效果,保障矿山平稳生产,提高矿山经济效益,基于利文斯顿爆破漏斗理论开展单孔变孔深、双孔同段变孔距爆破漏斗试验,实现了石英砂岩区域生产爆破参数和设计的优化,最终应用于深孔台阶爆破工程实践。研究结果表明:在球状药包条件下,石英砂岩区域药包的临界埋深为1.94m,最佳埋深为1.02m,最优爆破漏斗体积为3.63m^(3)时的乳化炸药单耗为0.86kg/m^(3);双孔球状药包的最佳炮孔间距为2.3~2.7m,乳化炸药单耗为0.80~0.97kg/m^(3);使用优化后的露天深孔台阶爆破参数,有效提高了米拉多铜矿南采场石英砂岩区域的生产爆破效果,减小了平均爆破块度,基本消除了爆破大块,助力矿山高效、安全、稳定生产。 In order to solve the problem of poor blasting effect of quartz sandstone in the upper mining area of Mirador Copper Mine in Ecuador,improve the blasting effect of mine,ensure the stable production of mine,and improve the economic benefits of mine,the blasting funnel test of single hole with variable hole depth and double hole with variable hole distance in the same section is carried out based on the Livingston blasting funnel theory,and the blasting parameters and design of quartz sandstone regional production are optimized.Finally,it is applied to deep hole step blasting engineering practice.The results show that under the condition of spherical charge,the critical burial depth in quartz sandstone region is 1.94 m,the optimal burial depth is 1.02 m,and the unit consumption of emulsion explosive is 0.86 kg/m^(3) when the optimal blasting cone volume is 3.63 m^(3).The optimal hole spacing of two-hole spherical charge is 2.3~2.7 m,and the single consumption of emulsion explosive is 0.80~0.97 kg/m^(3).The optimized parameters of open-pit deep hole step blasting can effectively improve the production blasting effect in the quartz sandstone area of the south stope of Mirador Copper Mine,reduce the average blasting block,basically eliminate the blasting block,and provide help for the efficient,safe and stable production of the mine.
