摘要
为了推动矿业行业的数字化、智能化转型,解决传统矿山开发面临的资源利用率低、安全隐患大、环境污染严重等问题,针对矿山行业的可持续发展需求,进行了智慧矿山建设。以清远市清城区石角镇马鞍山矿区为例,提出了一种基于工业互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术面向全生命周期、全要素的智能化管理解决方案。通过“1+1+1+N”智能平台架构,结合矿区实际条件,构建了涵盖矿山勘探、开采、生产、运输、环境监测和安全管理等环节的智能化管理系统。结果表明,智慧矿山建设方案能够显著提升矿山生产效率,优化资源利用率,减少环境影响,并显著提高矿山安全管理水平,推动矿山资源的可持续利用,助力矿山企业向数字化、智能化和绿色化方向发展。
In order to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of the mining industry and solve the problems of low resource utilization,high safety hazards and serious environmental pollution in the development of traditional mines,the construction of intelligent mines was carried out according to the sustainable development needs of the mining industry.Taking Maanshan mining area in Shijiao Town,Qingcheng District,Qingyuan City as an example,a solution based on industrial Internet,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence technology for full life cycle and full factor intelligent management is proposed.Through the'1+1+1+N'intelligent platform architecture,combined with the actual conditions of the mining area,an intelligent management system covering mine exploration,mining,production,transportation,environmental monitoring and safety management is constructed.The results show that the intelligent mine construction scheme can significantly improve the mine production efficiency,optimize the resource utilization rate,reduce the environmental impact,and significantly improve the mine safety management level,promote the sustainable utilization of mine resources,and help the mining enterprises to develop in the direction of digitization,intelligence and greening.
