摘要 针对FY030-11286硅胶材料的精小型密封堵内外径检测,提出了一种基于机器视觉和PLC的自动化检测系统。该检测系统由S7-200 SMART PLC和LabVIEW构成,其中图像处理单元由环形光源、CCD工业相机和上位PC机组成,利用基于LabVIEW的图像处理程序识别密封堵特征信息,经OPC服务器将识别后的尺寸信息传递至PLC,若检验的产品尺寸不符合规格,将输出高电平数字信号至喷气电磁阀,将不合格产品及时剔除。测试证明,该质量检测系统可以稳定运行,系统漏检率为1.5%,每分钟可检测500个零件,单个零件检测时间为80 ms,产品尺寸检测正确率为99.8%,具有较高的检测精度和效率,具有较高的应用价值。 An automated inspection system utilizing machine vision and PLC technology is proposed for examining the inner and outer diameter of fine sealing plugs fabricated from FY030-11286 silicone material.The system consists of an S7-200 SMART PLC and LabVIEW software.The image processing module is comprised of a ring light source,a CCD industrial camera,and a host PC.LabVIEW-based image processing software is employed to analyze sealing feature information,with the results sent to the PLC via an OPC server.In case a product does not meet specifications,a digital signal is generated to activate the jet solenoid valve and discard the defective item.Testing has demonstrated the system's stability,with a low missed detection rate of 1.5%.The system can inspect 500 parts per minute,with each part taking 80 ms to analyze.The accuracy rate for product size detection is 99.8%,showcasing the system's high efficiency and accuracy.
